General conditions
Check-in: after 2 pm unless a room is ready
Check-out: guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by midday.
Confirmation and cancellations: the reservation has to be confirmed in writing and guaranteed with credit card. Reservations without guarantee may be cancelled by the office and without notice, at the Hotel’s own discretion.
Pets: small dogs are allowed.
Cancellation: Cancellations received prior to arrival: up to 7 days before, without penalty. Late cancellations, early departure and no-shows: guests will be billed the full amount for their stay.
